Programs Enrollment

Program Overview:- The complete program consists of; 20 hours of online classes (S Drive Online); 10 hours of interactive home assignments; and 10 hours of automatic in-car instruction.

Refund Policy:- Refunds are available within 10 days of registration if no course has started. No refunds will be issued once a student has started the course (either online or in-car lessons)

Insurance Discount Certification:- Students who require an insurance discount certificate must adhere to the requirements set by the approving authority, such as the MTO.

Program Completion Timeline:- The complete program (online classes, interactive home assignments, and in-car lessons) must be finished within one (1) year from the start date to qualify for insurance certification. After one year, the contract is automatically canceled.

Certification Process:- Once all program components are completed, you will receive a 'Certificate of Completion' from the MTO. Processing takes 3-5 business days, and the certificate will be sent to you via email.

In-Car Appointment Cancellations:- Cancellations for in-car lessons require 24-hour notice. Failure to notify within this time frame will result in a $45 fee unless the cancellation is due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. In case of inclement weather or emergencies, lessons canceled by the instructor will be rescheduled at no extra charge. If a student fails to show up for a scheduled lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be charged in full.

Student Responsibilities:- Students must bring their learner’s license, wear appropriate footwear, and any required eyewear (glasses or contact lenses) to in-car lessons.
